This day we traveled to cartagena, the airport was a little full as they were international flights and normally it is quite full. when we were lining up to board the plane, we noticed that there were several Colombians We boarded at 10:50 am, sitting in chair 1A and 1B. We ordered food since it was a trip of 15 hours because we came from India. 

The hostess did not delay in bringing us our orders, after eating we slept the rest of the trip until we arrived in Colombia. As soon as we arrived, we disembarked the plane and headed for the migration, the migration line was 2 hours long, they asked us a couple of questions and then we were able to leave that area to claim our luggage.

after picking up all our things, we left the airport for a taxi station. we managed to get one in a very short time, we went in and told him that we were going to the Santa Clara Hotel, which was in the old city.

When we arrived at the hotel it was approximately 2 o'clock in the morning, we entered and we saw that it was a quite pleasant place, it was the best hotel of the city. we made the check in, we went up to the room and as we were very hungry we went down to the restaurant of the hotel so that they could prepare us something to eat, then we saw that it was closed and consequently we had to make a service to the room of a club sandwich, we called and a quite kind lady attended us, in less than half an hour we already had our plates in the room, we ate and then we fell asleep to be able to make the activities of the morning.

It was 9 in the morning when we woke up, we went down to have breakfast and then we got ready to go out and tour the city and visit its most touristic places. we went to several museums, we got to the ¨cerro de la popa¨, we went to the beach, we had lunch next to a church that is in the old city, we toured as much as we could that day and got to the hotel at 11 at night, we fell asleep at 2 in the morning because we stayed talking about what we had done.
